An exhibit booth is the perfect way to start conversations with the Summit community. The high-impact exhibit space is incorporated with lounge spaces, for a relaxed networking experience with attendees.

You can expect the following for signing up as an exhibitor:

  • One (1) full summit registration
  • One (1) 8′ by 10′ exhibit booth space,  2 chairs and a wastebasket
  • Name listed in the digital program and Conference App

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Written cancellations emailed to conferences@nmac.org on or before March 8, 2024, by 5:00 pm (EST), will be honored in full, less a $150 processing fee.

Refunds will NOT be issued for cancellations emailed after this date. If you have an outstanding balance, payments must be received by March 8, 2024.
