Scholarships will prioritize PrEP navigators; and community-based organizations; and health departments establishing their PrEP programs. Geographic diversity will be important, with a special focus on populations and regions where HIV disproportionately impacts people of color.
For Scholarship B with iPads, priority will be given to people living with HIV and people on PrEP who work or volunteer in support of efforts to end the HIV epidemic. As a condition of the award, you must attend all of the 2021 Virtual Biomedical HIV Prevention Summit from March 30-31, 2020.
People living with HIV and people on PrEP who have access to technology but may have challenges with registration fees are encouraged to apply for a general scholarship.
Scholarship applications must be submitted by 8:00 PM EST on February 5, 2021.
