More About the Summit

NMAC’s Biomedical HIV Prevention Summit, “The Summit,” is built on the belief that the combination of PrEP (Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis) and TasP (Treatment as Prevention) can build real pathways to end the epidemic.  Thanks to sponsorship with Gilead, Avita, and the Levi Strauss Foundation NMAC will cross train and educate 1,000 participants with a singular focus on biomedical HIV prevention.  Through dynamic workshops and empowering plenaries, the Summit will engage participants and examine implementation science that seeks to maximize the promise of PrEP and TasP in communities hardest hit by HIV.
