Written cancellations emailed on or before March 18, 2022, by 5:00 pm (EST), will be honored in full, less a $50 processing fee.
Refunds will NOT be issued for cancellations emailed after this date. Cancellation requests may be emailed to conferences@nmac.org.
All conference attendees must be fully vaccinated. Fully vaccinated for the Summit means that registrants have received both shots and a booster if the 2nd shot was received more than 6 months prior to the conference. Registrants must upload their vaccine card no later than Friday, April 8 to this website – https://hosted-pages.id.me/
Masks are encouraged but not required in the Summit conference space (plenary ballroom, foyers, workshop rooms, exhibit space). For updated information on the City of Chicago’s mask requirements, visit their website – https://www.chicago.gov/
